What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time for sublimation transfers is 3-7 business days. Screen print transfers and DTF transfers ship within 2 business days. Other products have a 3-7 business day turnaround time. If you order multiple types of transfers or items, the longer of the turnaround times apply so everything ships together.

Is a heat press needed?

A commercial heat press is highly recommended. This ensures heavy and even pressure are used, which allows the transfers to properly adhere or release ink.

What are the recommended heat press settings?

Times/temps will vary depending upon your heat press. Recommend settings are below:

-Sublimation: 400 degrees F for 60 seconds using medium pressure.

-Screen prints: 350 degrees F for 8 seconds using heavy pressure. Hot peel immediately after pressing.

-DTF transfers: 300 degrees F for 15 seconds using heavy pressure. Allow the design to fully cool, then peel. Next, cover with a teflon sheet and press again for 5 seconds using same temperature and pressure.
